Busy Busy

My initial plan for this ongoing holiday was to find event jobs, 3 days at most and it really wasn't my intention to work as a full timer throughout my 3 months holiday. However, I seem to have found myself a pretty decent full time job recently and it's easy to indulge in work completely.

It's a funny thing that I currently find office work more enjoyable than hospital work. I've been posted to various hospitals since I enrolled in physiotherapy course and sometimes I get tired of it but I guess medical field is a vast, borderless ocean and to appreciate the meticulosity of attending to patients, it just takes a longer period of time. Hopefully, I'll be able to love physiotherapy whole-heartedly as time goes on. =)

Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant with Hubby

Decided to continue writing here because I have tons of happy moments with my hubby which I love to share. =)

I've been wanting to try out Uncle Jang stirred fried chicken for ages ever since I read about the food review on a blog that I was following. Unlike any other Korean BBQ restaurants out there which offers typical Korean cuisine such as BBQ, Kimchi Jjigae or Ddokboggi, Uncle Jang sells only stirred fried chicken along with other side dishes. As a reward upon completion of my practical exam on 18th April, my hubby agreed to bring me to Uncle Jang since he lives in Ampang and that instantly made me a happy little girl. =)

I was attracted to how they stir fry chunks of chicken meat accompanied with white cabbage and Korean chili paste on the big metal pan in front of the customers. The spicy aroma reaches to your nose almost immediately after they lit the stove and start stir frying with big spatula.

You can choose the spiciness of the chicken (Spicy or Very Spicy) according to your preference. I was afraid that too much spiciness might spoil the enjoyment of the meal so we were happy with okay spicy.
